How to change or cancel your order

Once your customer places a successful order (payment is confirmed by your payment processor) through your online store our system will automatically pull the order details into the app. Once our system pulls the order you will receive an order confirmation email and the order details will be updated on the order screen of your Ringified App view you 24-hours to cancel or make changes to your order. After the 24-hour period, we will begin fulfillment of your order and no further changes or cancellations can be excepted.

In order to inform your customer of this process, we recommend adding the cancellation/order change time frame on your website.
