We want you to be able to offer the best buying experience to your customers. Flexible and trustworthy policies are vital to sales, and we want you to have confidence selling Ringified App products. For these reasons, you can enjoy no hassles for your customers to return or exchange!
Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned to Ringified unused, in the same condition that your customer received it, and within 30-days from the date of sale. Then, you just send us an email to email@example.com to let us know what's up. Easy!
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and that your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment you have associated with your Ringified App account, within the same or next business day. These credits appear in a certain amount of days depending upon your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.
If you need to exchange a ring for the same item in a different size, we are happy to help! We recommend you 1) create a shipping Return Label in your Shopify Dashboard and send it to your customer, and 2) let us know the item is coming back to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges, and you will not be charged a return label fee for Ringified to re-send the exchanged product.

ORDERS > Click on Order Number > Select More Actions drop-down and > Create Return Label

NOTE: Make sure you adjust the "Return To" address so the label you send your customer has our Sacramento address (the label does not need to say Ringifed). Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges.
